3) Credit card payments are subject to the terms and conditions separately contracted by the Customer with the Card Company. Article 5 Date of delivery of goods and right to take delivery of goods
1) Delivery date of the goods
Shipping within 7 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, after deposit confirmation. Delivery within India usually takes 1 to 7 days. ( This does not apply to some areas such as remote islands.)
If there are any delays due to various circumstances, we will contact you by email.

2) Right to take delivery of the goods If you or the recipient of the goods, please receive them within three weeks of the shipment. If you have shipped the product and have not received it within three weeks, and you are unable to contact us, we will assume that you have waived your right to take delivery of the product and will cancel your order.
Article 6: Withdrawal of order and cancellation, return and defect liability of sales contract
1) Withdrawal of order and cancellation of sales contract due to user convenience (hereinafter referred to as "cancellation, etc.")
Cancellations of orders due to user convenience will be accepted until 11:59 PM on the day of the user's order (the day the order is sent from this site to us). After the business day following the order date, we will not be able to accept any cancellations due to user reasons.

3) Defect Liability
We take every precaution regarding the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is different from the product you have requested or is damaged or has other defects, If you contact us by email within 8 days of receiving the product (as described in the "Order Confirmation Email"), we will exchange the product or refund the payment you have already made, provided that you also return the receipt issued by the shipping company when returning the product. In the case of return due to defects in the product, etc., we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that in the following cases, we cannot accept any other claims, including returns, even if the product is defective.
① Products for which we were unable to contact you about defects within 8 days of receiving the product
② Items issued by the delivery company without a receipt
③ Returns from people other than the user who placed the order
We will receive the returned items from the user and will begin processing refunds sequentially at the appropriate department.
Depending on the return processing status of the return receptionist, it may take 7 to 14 business days from the time you return the item to the time the refund process is completed. The process is complete and we will let you know by email. If you pay by credit card, it may take longer depending on the credit card company's response. Please note that no interest will be charged on the amount refunded by us.
Article 7 Transfer of ownership and risk of goods
